WHEREAS, the City of Atlanta (“City) owns and operates Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (the “Airport”); and
WHEREAS, the Airport Art Program in partnership with the National Arts Program Foundation is presenting its Third Employee Art Exhibit at the Airport; and
WHEREAS, this Program is designed to provide artists of all skill levels an opportunity to professionally present their work and compete for cash awards; and
WHEREAS, the exhibit is open to employees, retirees or immediate family members of employees/retirees at or supporting the operations of the Airport; and
WHEREAS, the National Arts Program Foundation supports the Department of Aviation’s Art Program mission to bring quality artwork to the Airport environment; and
WHEREAS, the National Arts Program Foundation is contributing $3,400.00 in support of an Employee Art Exhibit at the Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the FY 2016 Airport Revenue Fund Budget is amended as follows:
