AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER KEISHA LANCE BOTTOMS AS SUBSTITUTED BY
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE TO AMEND THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE 2011 CITY OF ATLANTA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) SO AS TO DESIGNATE THE CASCADE MANOR NEIGHBORHOOD TO THE SINGLE-FAMILY LAND USE DESIGNATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

(Public Hearing held June 13, 2016.)

WHEREAS, certain resident electors and the owners of real properties have petitioned the City of Atlanta for annexation from unincorporated Fulton County to the corporate limits of the City of Atlanta; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Planning recommends that upon annexation the properties be designated to the single-family land use classification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the single-family land use classification is the appropriate classification for the properties.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.              That the 2011 City of Atlanta Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) is hereby amended by changing the Land Use Element of said Plan so as to designate 0 Cascade Road (14F 0028 LL 0020); 14F 0028 000 10150; 4155, 4165, 4175, 4185, 4195, 4205, 4200, 4190, 4180 Manor Hills Lane; 105, 115, 120, 110, 100 Majestic Oaks Way; 4100, 4070, 4121 Cascade Road, as more fully delineated on Exhibit “A” and which is incorporated herein by reference, to the single-family land use designation.

SECTION 2.              That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances that are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby waived to the extent of the conflict.
