AN ORDINANCE BY COUNCILMEMBER KEISHA LANCE BOTTOMS AS SUBSTITUTED BY THE ATLANTA CITY COUNCIL TO AMEND THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE 2011 CITY OF ATLANTA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) SO AS TO DESIGNATE PROPERTY AT THE SANDTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD TO THE APPROPRIATE LAND USE DESIGNATION(S); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BodyWHEREAS, certain resident electors and the owners of real property have petitioned the City of Atlanta for annexation from unincorporated Fulton County to the corporate limits of the City of Atlanta; and WHEREAS, the property is improved with various residential dwellings; and WHEREAS, the Bureau of Planning recommends that upon annexation the property be designated to the land use classifications detailed below; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that those land use classifications are the appropriate classifications for the property. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
