During Remarks by the Public, Councilmember Mary Norwood made a Motion to extend an additional two (2) minutes for public speaker Ms. Allyson Delius due to the nature of her comments. However, the Motion was not granted by Council President Ceasar C. Mitchell and he ruled the Motion out of order.
